UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote / Hybrid (India-based preferred)
Type: Internship / Part-time / Full-time (based on availability)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join the Vislona team. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and the AI team to design stunning, intuitive, and effective interfaces across web and mobile platforms. This is an opportunity to shape the visual identity and usability of game-changing AI products.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and development teams to translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Design user flows, personas, journey maps, and experiences that align with product goals.
Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces using tools like Figma, Framer, or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability.
Ensure all designs follow accessibility and responsive design best practices.
Create and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency across platforms.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma is a must).
Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile projects.
Good understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and interaction design.
Ability to balance creativity with user needs and technical constraints.
Basic knowledge of responsive design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with AI product design (optional but a huge plus).
Experience with prototyping tools like Framer (optional but bonus).
Nice to Have:
Interest or experience in AI/ML products.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or no-code tools (e.g., Framer, Webflow).
Experience working in startup environments.
Animation or micro-interaction skills.
